Cold Cave是音樂家Wesley Eisold的個人項目，被描述為「暗潮、噪音和合成流行樂的拼貼畫」。許多評論家指出，樂團與 20 世紀 80 年代早期的後龐克和早期的合成流行樂有著密切的聯繫，尤其是Joy Division和New Order 樂團。
